Trio Anima Mundi 2 – The Salieri Connection

Concert 2 presents the work of two composers whose careers were linked by a common figure – Antonio Salieri. Both Reissiger and Beethoven spent time under the tutelage of Salieri, a formidable figure in the Viennese music scene of  the time. We look at their earliest forays into the piano trio genre.
